At Italycharm, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Holiday Delivery Notice

Orders without custom products placed before 12/10/2025 will deliver by 12/24/2025 to the USA. Orders without custom products placed before 12/12/2025 will deliver by 12/24/2025 to the UK. Please allow 4 extra delivery days for orders with our Custom Charm.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically delivered within 7–10 business days after shipping.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
If tracking shows your package is “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please allow 48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, we’ll reship your order free of charge or issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed in transit for more than 10 days with no tracking updates, we will send you a free replacement. If you prefer, you may request a full refund instead.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
